COVID-19 CHECK-IN PROCEDURES FOR SPRING 2020

Due to the highly contagious COVID-19 virus that the nation has been dealing with we have been forced to make some changes to our daily procedures that most of our guests have become familiar with. These new procedures have been put into place to ensure the utmost safety of our guests staying at the resort as well as our staff. Safety for all is our number one priority. We are in the office from 8am-5pm every day to help answer any questions or concerns you may have with your upcoming stay and can be reached by phone at 800-201-2557 or by email at orders@westbranchresort.com. Below, you will find some of the highlighted changes we will be making going into the 2020 season. We sincerely thank you for your continued patronage and adherence to these rules.
CABIN RENTAL / CHECK-IN GUIDELINES
1. Checking into cabin rentals will all be handled curbside or by coming into the fly shop, we will be taking the temperature of all guests at this time with a digital non touch thermometer. In the event you are running a fever you will be asked to go home and seek medical attention, this is for everyone’s safety
2. If you need to divide the balance of the stay, we will need to know that upon check-in and get all CC #’s at that time.
3. Checking out of the cabin will be done by leaving the keys on the kitchen table by 11 am. Provided credit card(s) will be run the morning of check-out. One credit card will be run unless you tell us upon check-in that the bill needs to be split.
4. Check-in time is still 3 pm for cabin arrivals and check-out time is still 11 am for departure from the cabins. These times will be strictly enforced to allow staff adequate time to clean the cabins. Our cleaning staff has ramped up the cleaning procedures of the cabins to ensure safety of guests.
5. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS FOR ANY REASON. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY TO FISH PRIOR TO CHECKING-IN (3PM) OR AFTER CHECK-OUT (11AM). THIS RULE WILL HELP MINIMIZE THE NUMBER OF ANGLERS ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY GIVEN TIME. PLEASE PLAN YOUR TRAVEL KNOWING THIS.
6. There will be no daily cleaning of your cabin by housekeeping. They will provide fresh towels and other necessities without entering the cabin during your stay. We have provided a “Housekeeping List” inside your cabin, you will be able to fill this out and place this on the cork board located on the porch of your cabin no later than 3:00 PM
7. GUESTS NEED TO MAINTAIN THE 6’ SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES RELATIVE TO OTHER GUESTS (not in your party) AT ALL TIMES, NO EXCEPTIONS.
8. The office/fly shop is now open for limited foot traffic.
RETAIL GUIDELINES AND RENTALS
1. Retail purchases can be made online and picked up out front when you arrive (www.westbranchangler.com and choose “Pick Up at West Branch Angler” as shipping option). You may call in the order (800-201-2557), before arrival or after you get here, to be brought to your vehicle in the parking lot. We will verbally take the order and get credit card info over the phone to make the process quicker when you arrive. 2. We will no longer be renting any gear including; rods, reels, waders or boots.
